The fonts that you chose to paste over the pages look terrible on Mac computers. Furthermore, fonts should be specified in the skins (Mediawiki:Vector.css, Mediawiki:Common.css, Mediawiki:Minerva.css), rather than all pages.

On Mac, I see Arial Unicode MS which is incomplete for Uyghur and renders it broken. I suggest using

Arial, 'Times New Roman', Damascus

which render Uyghur on Mac, and increase the size to

font-size: 115%;
