Could you translate the article Şalom. There is already an article about Şalom, a Jewish weekly newspaper in Turkey, not in Uyghur but in English, but could you check it and translate it from the other Wikipedia language sites, if you have the time and patience to do so. The reason is that the newspaper Şalom is written (alas one page only) in a highly endangered language called Ladino or Judeo-Spanish, the Spanish of the 15th century. Perhaps this might gain your interest and sympathy.

I see that there are currently (04:57, 26 5-Ay 2010) only 25 system messages that need to be translated into Uyghur.

The essence of the "Connectivity" project is to study and enhance the coherence of Wikipedia, or, in other words, to improve hypertext navigation between articles. The project deals with deadends, isolated articles, non-categorized articles, transitivity of the category tree, etc.
We want to work with your language version, but we need configured MediaWiki:Disambiguationspage for it (with direct links to template namespace pages, for example, ru:MediaWiki:Disambiguationspage/de:MediaWiki:Disambiguationspage/fr:MediaWiki:Disambiguationspage). Is it possible to set it up for our usage?

I'm writing because you have uploaded a good number of files to the Uyghur Wikipedia over the years. These files include

According to WMF:Resolution:Licensing policy, all files require a machine-readable licensing template if a wiki does not have an exemption doctrine policy. Because the Uyghur Wikipedia does not have such an exemption doctrine policy listed on Meta-Wiki, these files will be deleted if they continue to lack a valid license tag on April 1, 2023. Before deleting, I will do my utmost to try to determine if the various files are in the public domain or are otherwise available under a free license, but I would kindly ask that you move eligible files to Commons and tag the remainder for deletion over the next month to assist me in this task.
